Our core business is providing legal advice and advocacy services and we are a members of  The Bar Council and regulated by the regulatory arm of The Bar Council, the Bar Standards Board. Old Square complies with the Community Legal Services "Quality Mark" to ensure our processes are both compliant and of an excellent standard across the board.   
 
Our clients agree to abide by the standard " New Standard Contractual Terms " as designated by The Bar Council and which may, from time to time be amended, by The Bar Council. 
 
All counsel at Old Square Chambers, as required by law, hold professional indemnity insurance provided by Bar Mutual.
