Andreá Risoli

Andreá is a barrister whose practice is solely in the field of personal injury inclusive of clinical negligence litigation. He represents Claimants in both fast-track and multi-track claims as well as providing advice on merits, tactics and quantum throughout the litigation process.

 

Andreá was formerly a Senior Associate Solicitor at one of the UK's leading personal injury law firms where he built up a national reputation for handling amputee, head and spinal injury claims over a 10-year period.

 

Amongst his client base, Andreá is now regularly instructed by the Country's largest Trade Unions and their panel solicitor firms in respect of fatal accident claims, workplace injuries, occupational disease claims and inquests.

 

Andreá also has particular expertise in high value CICA applications and a keen understanding of how to succeed in CICA applications involving matters of capacity. In CICA matters Andreá has obtained instructions from the Official Solicitor and Public Trustee.

 

Andreá regularly lectures on personal injury law and provides bespoke in-house training in the way of seminars and workshops for his clients; in particular his training focuses upon litigation tactics, trial preparation and drafting and calculating multi-track schedules of loss.
