David Rivers

David started doing costs work when the enforceability issues surrounding retainers were a regular feature of the assessment process. He continues to appear regularly in normal assessments, especially those with a value over six figures, but also in challenges to enforceability and single issue cases. He has appeared on many occasions in front of the SCCO masters and is currently involved in a number of ongoing enforceability issues under the old CFA Regulations.
