 Michael is a specialist personal injury practitioner who has extensive experience of all workplace and public liability claims, including harassment, bullying and stress cases. He deals with all types of industrial disease cases.
Michael has specific expertise in complex highway and rail related cases and often acts for families, trade unions and others in Inquests.
He is well known for his practical approach and his ability to put clients at ease.
He regularly undertakes cases funded through CFAs and is a member of the Personal Injury Bar Association.
Michael is able to cope with life's disappointments, being a lifelong West Ham supporter. He has been known to pull on the famous claret and blue jersey. Sadly, however, only for the Chamber's 5-a-side team. |
