Ijeoma specialises in all aspects of employment and discrimination law.
As well as providing excellent drafting and advocacy services Ijeoma provides high quality legal and strategic advice on all aspects of the management and litigation of complex employment and discrimination law cases.
Ijeoma's employment law practice includes significant experience of high court litigation in relation to industrial action, restrictive covenant and executive severance cases.
Ijeoma has particular expertise in all strands of discrimination law including multi-claimant equal pay litigation. She continues to be instructed in difficult and/or factually complex high value discrimination and whistle-blowing claims.

Given her level of experience and expertise Ijeoma's practice now encompasses the professional discipline field. She regularly undertakes work advising and representing healthcare professionals, their training providers and their employers on employment and discrimination law matters. Recent cases have involved judicial review proceedings and applications for injunctive relief.
Ijeoma has continued to develop her practice as a mediator, conducting number of multi-day mediations in the NGO, community, health and local government sectors. She is a member of the Civil Mediation Council and CEDR exchange.
