Hilary has a very busy personal injury practice, appearing in fast and multi-track trials in both the County and High Court. She undertakes employer's liability, public liability, occupier's liability and road traffic accident claims and has acted in a number of multi-party actions.
Hilary's personal injury practice is complemented by having appeared at Criminal Injury Compensation Appeal Hearings.

Elias v. Puttick - a High Court case involving a tetraplegic baby injured in a road traffic accident. Led by Paul Rose QC, obtained a £1,000,000 interim award within 9 months of accident.
