 Toby has considerable experience in the areas of employment and personal injury law. He regularly appears in the High Court, the County Court, the EAT and Employment Tribunals. Toby has also appeared in public inquiries arising from health & safety incidents.
He has been involved in a number of reported cases in both employment and personal injury. He lectures at seminars and conferences, and provides specialist tailored in-house training to clients on employment and personal injury law.
Toby is recognised as a leader in both personal injury and employment law in Chambers & Partners. The 2011 edition describes Toby as "superb" and a "top-class operator," who is highly regarded across the Western Circuit.
