Employment
In the employment field, Charlie acts for both Claimants and Respondents, and has experience of a broad range of issues including:

Charlie has particular expertise in representing large employers, and his regular clients include Kwik-Fit, DHL, Wincanton, All Saints, McDonalds, Capgemini and UPS. He frequently advises and represents clients in the public sector including local authorities, various primary care trusts and NHS Direct.
He regularly appears in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and has been led in a number of Employment Law matters, including acting as a Junior to Jennifer Eady QC in advising on a potential legislative amendment to the National Minimum Wage Act.
Charlie is currently co-authoring the 4th Edition of the LAG's "Employment Tribunal Procedure" with HHJ Jeremy McMullen QC.
Personal Injury
In addition to drafting and advisory personal injury work, Charlie regularly appears in fast-track and multi-track matters in the County Court and High Court.
Charlie acts for both Claimants and Defendants, and accepts instructions on a conditional fee basis.
