Chambers invites applications for the role of Administrator, to support our marketing and events function. We undertake a variety of marketing activities, including seminars, in house talks for solicitors and social events. This role will predominantly support the administration of these activities, together with the maintenance and improvement of Chambers’ contact database and directory entries. It encompasses operating our website and social media accounts and includes additional adhoc administrative duties. The role also provides support to the reception function during periods of absence and busy times. The position reports to the Marketing Manager and Head of Administration.
The ideal candidate will enjoy administrative tasks, be highly organised and an excellent communicator at all levels. They will have a professional attitude, be diplomatic and be able to work well under pressure and to deadlines, both under direction and their own initiative. Good IT skills are essential and attention to detail is vital. They will be personable, well presented and have a committed attitude.
