The Employment Appeal Tribunal dismissed the employee's appeal against the tribunal's decision at a pre-hearing review that the employee's beliefs that there was life after death and the dead could be contacted through medium were capable of being religious beliefs for the purposes of the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003.
