News - Bruno Gil successful in the EAT, Uwalaka v Southern Health Foundation NHS Trust

Employment & Discrimination - Bruno Gil

Having represented the Respondent at trial in August 2017, and having won at first instance, Bruno Gil was once again instructed to act for the Trust in the Claimant’s appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT).

The Claimant’s appeal failed.
