News - Chambers & Partners success for Old Square


We are delighted to announce five new entries and eight improvements in this year’s Chambers and Partners rankings.

In the Employment Law category, thirty-three members have been ranked as leaders, including Oliver Segal QC who moved into band 1. Ben Collins QC is now ranked in band 4 as a leading silk, while Ben Cooper QC sees success as he is named a new silk in this year’s rankings. After being shortlisted for the Employment Junior of the Year at the Chambers Bar Awards in October, Stuart Brittenden moves up to band 1. Deshpal Panesar and Melanie Tether also improve in the rankings.

Three members are now ranked in the category of Clinical Negligence, including new entries Charlie Woodhouse and “Up and Coming” Sophie Beesley.

As a chambers, we have risen in the rankings for both Personal Injury and Professional Discipline. Ten members are now ranked in the Personal Injury category, including new entry Katherine Howells. Ben Collins QC enters the rankings as a leading silk for Professional Discipline, ranked alongside 8 other members.

We are also pleased to announce that chambers has been recognised in the ‘Client Service at the Bar’ category, which states that “the level of service is pretty phenomenal”.
