News - Four Old Square Chambers Barristers in the Court of Appeal

Employment & Discrimination - Mary O’Rourke QC, Ijeoma Omambala, Nadia Motraghi, Nicola Newbegin

Four Old Square Chambers barristers will appear in the Court of Appeal on Wednesday 16th January in an important appeal on the duty of courts to ensure effective access to justice for the disabled.

In the case of Anderson v Turning Point Eespro, Mary O'Rourke QC and Nicola Newbegin represent the employer and Ijeoma Omambala and Nadia Motraghi act for Mind, intervening.

The case will be heard by Underhill LJ, Irwin LJ and Sir Patrick Elias.
