Malcolm Galloway, instructed on behalf of the Defendant by Lili Oliver of DAC Beachcroft, has secured an acquittal in the trial of R v Noble at Plymouth Crown Court.

Our client, lorry driver John Noble, has been cleared of causing the death by dangerous driving of a cyclist on a Devon road.

The court had earlier been told Noble had reached over for his mobile phone moments before he struck and killed Mr Dennehy, from Plympton, on 5 September last year.
