Jack Mitchell specialises in employment law. He advises on the entire spectrum of claims, but is best known for his work concerning whistleblowing and discrimination. Jack also advises on the commercial aspects of employment, both to corporate and individual clients, on a broad range of matters, including breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes and partnership issues. Cyril Adjei is an employment law specialist with a special interest in claims concerning discrimination, whistleblowing and restraint of trade. Cyril also has expertise in regulatory matters and is regularly instructed in appeals against health and safety enforcement notices, Care Quality Commission decisions and cases in the education sector. Sarah Keogh has extensive expertise in employment law, with a particular focus on matters concerning the medical professions and the police. This specialism is complimented by her experience in personal injury, clinical negligence and professional misconduct cases, and in her role as a legal adviser to several professional regulatory panels. This background gives Sarah a unique advantage when advising in cases which cross over between areas of expertise. (Call: 1999)
James Chegwidden practises in employment, public and commercial law, and the regulation of professional misconduct. He was recently appointed to the Attorney General’s B Panel and acts regularly for government agencies in this capacity. James brings to his practice a variety of domestic and international experience: he speaks four languages and has worked as a lawyer in London, Strasbourg, Australia and in delegations to the United Nations. Chambers is also pleased to announce that Madeline Stanley has joined Chambers following successful completion of her pupillage. Bruno Gill and Tara O’Halloran will also join Chambers at the conclusion of their pupillages in October 2016.
