Employment & Discrimination - Michael Ford QC, Spencer Keen

On 27th and 28th March 2017 Michael Ford QC, Mark Whitcombe and Spencer Keen appeared for the intervener in one of the most important employment law cases of the last ten years:  the judicial review of the fees regime introduced in the employment tribunal and EAT.  The Supreme Court heard argument over two days about the effect of fees on a workers’ right of access to court.   Old Square Chambers will release a news bulletin once judgment has been handed down.
