New House of Lords case on negligence: Sutradhar v Natural E

Charles Pugh and Ben Cooper appeared for the (successful) Defendant/Respondent (5.7.06), where the House of Lords unanimously held that the Claimant had no real prospect of establishing the necessary proximity to give rise to a duty of care and the claim should be struck out and/or the Defendant be given summary judgment.
