Ramon Niekrash v. South London Healthcare NHS Trust (1)

Jennifer Eady QC today starts a multi day case in the employment tribunal at Croydon acting on behalf of a leading cancer consultant, Ramon Niekrash, in his whistleblowing case against the Queen Elizabeth Hospital NHS Trust. Mr Niekrash repeatedly raised concerns about the hospital's ability to provide a safe service to patients and will claim that he was victimised by managers and had his warning ignored.  The trust intends to contest all of Mr Niekrash's claims robustly.

The case is listed to run for ten days starting today, 9 September 2009.
