B v. Keogh

Paul Rose was instructed by Irwin Mitchell in the case of B v Keogh on behalf of B who suffered a severe head injury in 2004. 

On 23rd April 2010 Walker J approved a settlement on a periodical payment basis of a lump sum: £3,080,000 and care at £105,000. The valuation on a conventional lump sum basis was £5.175 million.
