• An update on recent amendments to the senior managers and certification regime, including the Bank of England and Financial Services Bill 2015-16
• Key points for employment lawyers to watch out for when acting for employers and employees caught by the new regime
• Pointers and pitfalls relating to the provision of regulatory references
• Understanding the remuneration codes – when, where and how they apply
• Whistleblowing–the new duty

This event will be held at our London Chambers from 5.45pm to 7.15pm on 3rd February 2016. We ask attendees to arrive from 5.15pm to allow for registration. We also welcome attendees to join us after the event for informal drinks.
